OUR SERVICES

  • Intensive One-on-One Mentoring

Our one-on-one mentoring is intensive, tailored, and relational. Each young person is matched with a mentor who brings lived experience, genuine understanding, and the ability to challenge and back them in equal measure. Through regular connection, aspiration coaching, and a strengths-based approach, we help young people build trust, shift mindsets, and make decisions that support a crime-free, purpose-driven life.

  • Personal Development Programs

Our 12-Week Group Program is a structured, early intervention space for young people at risk of entering the justice system. Delivered in schools and community settings, it uses group connection, real talk, and practical tools to strengthen identity and resilience. Grounded in desistance theory and motivational practice, the program is led by credible mentors with lived experience—creating space for young people to reflect, reset, and build aspiration.

  • Workforce Development & Training

We provide lived experience-informed training for organisations and frontline workers supporting young people in or at risk of the justice system. Our sessions combine strengths-based practice, aspirational coaching, and real-world insight—equipping practitioners with practical tools, fresh perspectives, and the confidence to engage in complex settings. Everything we deliver is shaped by experience, not just theory, and designed to strengthen the impact of those working on the ground.

  • Strategic & Practical Consultancy

We partner with organisations to design, refine, and embed approaches that work in the real world. Grounded in both lived experience and research, our consultancy supports services to navigate complexity, strengthen practice, and align strategy with what’s actually needed on the ground. From co-design and program development to system reform, we bring practical insight and hands-on guidance to bridge the gap between good ideas and meaningful impact.
