Your reports and weekly paysheet are normally due by 4 pm on Monday for the previous week. Ask as soon as you know you may miss the deadline.

When you can ask for extra time

You can ask if something unexpected stops you from finishing your reports, such as:

• You are unwell.

• You have a family emergency or urgent caring duties.

• A problem with the reporting system stops you from submitting.

• An urgent issue involving a mentee’s safety needs your attention.

• You are waiting for information you need to finish a report.

• Another serious or unexpected problem happens.

You do not need to share private medical, family or mentee details.
